1.Original jamb result slip the duplicate is for school the original is for the student
2.First school leaving certificate
3.olevel result Waec/Neco
4.State of origin certificate
5.Birth certificate/Age declaration
6.Acceptance fee receipt and any payment initiated with the school portal.
7.Attestation letter
8.Passport photograph that is not less than 3month
And all your credentials can come along with them, when is required you can present thanks.
