For the current 200 level students who are experiencing this for the first time asking questions why did thier portal change and even first semester results cleared,
Yes, the Portal is on upgrade and results are been cross-check well and been released back, the write up means that if your two semester results are good you will be promoted to the next level and your portal will return as normal but if your results are bad you have to contact your level adviser in which you might not be promoted.
