The SUG election was held on Friday 23rd February 2023 in which new excos where elected into office in which comr Danasabe Magai from Chemical science faculty of pure and Applied science was elected as the New SUG president in which the new excos will begin work immediately.
There was a new assembly called the Student Representative assembly (SRA) which will work as the legislative body in order to check mate the SUGs.

According to Dean student Affairs Prof. Emmanuel Sharndama the SUG president will be getting betting as years comes further,he said that starting from next year buying for form for SUG will commence which will lead way for election. He further stated that the process will lead into fuw SUG doing what other schools are doing.
The SRA that was form will lead as the legislative body which will called the Senate,they function is just like the legislative organ of government and they will lead the line to checkmate the activities of the SUGs inorder to make everything accountable and productive. There is a speaker and deputy speaker who will lead the line.
Therefore,it only gets better as fuwukari keep growing to the standard everyone wants to see it as.
